Herbert sat in his favorite armchair, remote in hand. "I declare this Saturday officially relaxation day," he announced to Margot, who was busy folding laundry. Molly played quietly on the floor with Captain Hoppy.

Margot sighed. "Besides the grocery shopping and fixing the leaky faucet?" she asked, raising an eyebrow.

Herbert chuckled. "Those are minor details. I'll get to them... later. Right nowadays, my priority is the Oakhaven Industries annual picnic. I need to practice my potato sack race skills."

Margot paused. "Herbert, you're the safety inspector. You're supposed to ensure the picnic is safe, not win races."

Herbert waved his hand dismissively. "Details, details! Besides, who better to inspect a potato sack race than the future champion? I'm practically a shoe-in. I even convinced Mr. Abernathy, the chairman, that this year's picnic theme should be 'Extreme Sports'!"

Margot frowned. "Extreme sports at a company picnic? What could possibly go wrong?"

"Nothing!" Herbert exclaimed. "I've even arranged for a dunking booth. It will be fantastic fun to cast Mr. Abernathy into the water!"

Margot stared at him. "Herbert, you’re going to get fired."

Herbert chuckled, grabbing a donut from the side table. "Nonsense! He loves a good splash! Especially when it's on him. Anyway, he gave me full permission. Or at least, he didn’t explicitly say no. Now, where's my racing sack?"

Molly giggled, holding up Captain Hoppy, who was now wearing Herbert's work hat.
