Herbert was saving his vacation days for a big fishing trip. He dreamed of catching a huge fish. He planned to tell everyone at The Dog & Duck about it.

Margot was in the kitchen, checking the timing on the oven. She was baking a cake for Laura's school bake sale. "Herbert, did you remember to buy the extra sprinkles?" she called out.

Herbert, who was watching TV with extremely low lighting, mumbled, "Sprinkles? I thought Brian was getting those."

Brian walked in. "I was going to, but then I saw the new skateboard at the Corner Shop!"

Margot sighed. This was shocking, but not unexpected. "Afterwards, we'll all go to the shop together. Right now, let’s focus on getting this cake finished."

Herbert suddenly perked up. "Cake? Did someone say cake?"

Margot gave him a look. "Yes, Herbert. But you're not getting any until after the bake sale."
