Herbert sat at the kitchen table, meticulously examining his investment portfolio. Margot glanced over from the sink, a dishcloth in hand. "What's got you so engrossed?" she asked.

"I'm about to reach the peak!" Herbert declared, puffing out his chest. "This new stock... Oakhaven Dream Catchers... It's going to be huge!"

Margot raised an eyebrow. "Dream Catchers? What do they even do?"

"It doesn't matter! It's the next big thing," Herbert insisted, oblivious to her skepticism. "Rumor has it, Oakhaven Industries is considering an acquisition."

A few days later, Herbert was pacing anxiously. Margot entered, finding him a nervous wreck.

"Where's Brian?" Herbert blurted out. "He was supposed to be home an hour ago! And where's my financial advisor?"

"Brian's at Laura's guitar recital," Margot said calmly. "And I thought you *were* your own financial advisor."

Herbert groaned. "Oakhaven Dream Catchers just announced they're suspending operations. Complete wipeout! It was all a scam! And my financial advisor... I mean, me... I'm in hiding from myself.

"Well, serves you right, you should've asked me. Where has your advisor been?" Margot asked, a hint of amusement in her voice. "Besides, this week, I've noticed an unusal absence of donuts. Did you sell your stash?"

Herbert sighed dramatically. "At least the Dream Catchers were pretty while they lasted."

Margot shook her head, smiling. "Come on, let's get you some tea. And maybe we can find you another hobby, something less… financially volatile."
