Herbert sat on the sofa, remote in hand. "Margot, have you seen that small item I bought?"

Margot walked in from the kitchen. "The one you said was a 'health supplement'? Herbert, that looked like a suspicious drug."

Herbert chuckled. "It's just a, uh, a... energy booster! The image on the box was very convincing."

Brian walked in, looking at his new shoes. He asked, "Dad, do you know what size shoe I wear? I forgot."

Herbert replied, "Ask your mother. I'm trying to have a simple afternoon."

Margot sighed. "Herbert, that 'simple' afternoon has involved you ordering questionable things online and ignoring your son's shoe needs."

Later, Herbert was trying to put together a new shelf. Brian asked him a question, "Dad, is that shelf big?"

Herbert shook his head and said, "It looks like a good size."
