Herbert sat on the sofa, watching hockey. Brian was trying to do a hockey trick in the living room.

"Brian, be careful!" Margot called from the kitchen. "You'll break something."

Brian ignored her and tried to skate backward. He tripped and twisted his ankle.

"Ouch!" Brian cried. "My ankle hurts!"

Herbert sighed. "Now we have to go to the dentist."

"The dentist? What for?" Margot asked, confused.

"Because Brian will fake a toothache to get out of hockey practice!" Herbert said. "He always does it after an injury."

Brian looked guilty. "But it really hurts! The instructor said to always get it checked."

Margot frowned. "Maybe you should see a doctor, not a dentist. And no more hockey in the house!"

Just then, a loud noise came from outside. A lorry was stuck in front of their house.

"Oh, great," Herbert groaned. "Now what?"

Margot walked to the window. "It's Mr. Henderson's lorry! He delivers bread to the Corner Shop."

Herbert stood up, finally. "I'll go help him. Maybe he'll give me a free donut."

Margot shook her head. "Just be careful, Herbert."
