Herbert slumped onto the sofa. "Margot, I'm too tired to cook!" he moaned.

Margot sighed. "Again, Herbert? We need something reliable for dinner. I was hoping you'd entertain yourself with cooking."

Herbert scratched his head. "Entertain? I'd rather watch TV. Besides, I'm sure Brian left his skateboard in the pot plants again."

Margot walked into the garden. "Herbert! Focus! We need dinner, not distractions."

"Okay, okay," Herbert said. "But if I find that skateboard in my favorite pot, I'm keeping it forever!"

Margot ignored him and went to the fridge. "Looks like pasta it is. Tonight, Herbert, you're my servant. You can wash up after dinner."

Herbert grumbled, but he knew he'd lost this battle. The smell of pasta was already making him feel better.

Later, after a simple but satisfying meal, Herbert washed the dishes. He even found Brian�?Ts skateboard, but decided to keep it quiet for now. Perhaps he could teach himself to skateboard�?�eventually.
