"Laura, why are you wearing that?" Margot asked, looking at her daughter.

Laura was dressed in a shiny dress and a paper crown. "I'm a princess!" she announced.

Brian walked in. "You look ridiculous," he said. "That crown is falling off."

"It's not!" Laura said, trying to fasten the crown tighter. It promptly ripped.

Margot sighed. "Laura, are you going to wear that to school?"

"No, Mom. I know it�?Ts just imaginary," Laura said. "I just wanted to play for a bit before I do my homework."

Later, Herbert came home from Oakhaven Industries. He tripped over something in the hallway.

"Ouch!" he cried. He looked down. It was Brian's skateboard.

"Brian! You're so careless!" Herbert yelled. "Someone could get hurt!"

Brian ran in. "Sorry, Dad. I was in a hurry to get... um... new underwear from my room!"

Herbert raised an eyebrow. "New underwear? Why were you in such a hurry?"

Brian shrugged and ran away, leaving Herbert to grumble about skateboards and imaginary princesses.
